Evaluate Completed Design
We then generate a budget based on estimates for selected material and skilled labor.
Budget Review Phase
We will subsequently review the design concept and budget together. Upon budget approval, we secure accurate quotes from subcontractors and material suppliers.
Implementation Phase
Once completed, we meet to review our new budget. With your approval, we move forward to schedule the shopping for finish materials and commence work.
